Dr. Suzanne Dumouchel, PhD in French literature, is the Partnership Coordinator of the OPERAS Research Infrastructure (+50 members in 13 countries). Strongly committed to Open Science, she is focused on impulsing more social and human aspects in technical and scientific development.
Director of the European Open Science Cloud Association (+200 members worldwide), she has contributed to set up and structure different international organisations (ERICs, associations) thanks to her expertise of distributed, decentralised and international organisations. Passionate about open governance and innovative management, she is the head of International Cooperation at the Directorate of Open Research Data in the world’s largest research performing organisation, the CNRS.

Chloé Lebon is a specialist in international cooperation and in European project management. Chloé manages large-scale projects for public and non-profit organisations (CNRS, OPERAS, IRD) on behalf of policy-makers (ministries, embassies, European Commission). She
has worked in France, Switzerland, Vietnam, India and Armenia.
These experiences has given her a thorough knowledge of the stakes related to projects involving public actors and international organisations, and in-depth expertise in strategic thinking, as well as legal and financial aspects.
With a degree in psychology and a master's in project management, she is particularly interested in public policies applied to human development and health.
