Chloé Lebon
Chloé Lebon is a specialist in international cooperation and in European project management. Chloé manages large-scale projects for public and non-profit organisations (CNRS, OPERAS, IRD) on behalf of policy-makers (ministries, embassies, European Commission). She
has worked in France, Switzerland, Vietnam, India and Armenia.
These experiences has given her a thorough knowledge of the stakes related to projects involving public actors and international organisations, and in-depth expertise in strategic thinking, as well as legal and financial aspects.
With a degree in psychology and a master's in project management, she is particularly interested in public policies applied to human development and health.

Emilie Blotière
Business Development Partner
Emilie is a business development and European strategy specialist, with extensive experience in building partnerships, developing funded projects and connecting organisations with European and national innovation opportunities.
Her career brings together experience in the private sector, public research and emerging technologies. She began in banking and insurance, managing portfolios of institutional clients across France, Switzerland and Italy. After completing a Master’s degree in Digital Humanities, she moved into European research and innovation, working within major French research organisations including CNRS and Inria.
Over the past years, Emilie has developed strong expertise in business development, partnership building and project development, with a particular focus on Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe and France 2030. She has supported organisations from the identification of strategic opportunities through to consortium building, proposal development, project coordination and implementation.

he currently works with a French company developing automated vehicles, helping integrate funded projects and innovation opportunities into its technological roadmap. This experience gives her a strong understanding of how to connect organisational strategy, funding opportunities, technological development and business objectives.
As Business Development Partner at SEPO, Emilie helps identify and develop strategic partnerships and new opportunities for collaboration. She brings a pragmatic understanding of how organisations can translate their ambitions into concrete projects, partnerships and funding strategies, while connecting public, private and international stakeholders.
Her experience also includes international network development and Open Science, including work on user engagement strategies for European digital infrastructures such as the GoTriple platform.
Emilie is particularly interested in building bridges between organisations, sectors and countries and in creating the conditions for collaborations that can generate lasting value. She combines strategic thinking, relationship building and hands-on project development to turn opportunities into action.
